Hi guys we are submitting the ROC petition and were wondering if the cover letter is correct.

· Confirmation Letter of Joint Auto Loan from BANK showing joint liability

· Copies of BANK Auto Loan Monthly Statements

· Copies of recent Joint Checking Account Statements and Joint Debit Cards

· Copies of Joint Checking Account NO 2 Statements

· Copies of Joint Credit Cards, Confirmation Letter showing PETITIONER as an authorized user, and Credit Card Statements (2015-2016)

· Copies of USC PERSONAL Checking Account Statements (2015-2016)

· Copies of PETITIONER Personal Checking Account Statements (2015-2016)

· Copies of USC Savings Account Statements

· Copy of CURRENT Employment Verification Letter with Recent Paystubs

· Copy of Business License Tax Certificate, Seller’s Permit showing direct deposits to Joint Checking Account.

· Copies of PETITIONER EMPLOYER Paystubs

· Copy of USC PREVIOUS Employment Verification Letter and Paystubs (2015)

· Copy of Confirmation Letter FROM INSURANCE showing us both covered under the same health insurance plan

· Copy of Joint Coverage Confirmation FROM 2015 INSURANCE

· Copy of 2015 Insurance Card

· Affidavit in Support letters of bona fide marriage from close friends (2)

· Copy of PETITIONER passport biographical page & closing page showing USC as spouse

· Copy of USC passport biographical page and visa page showing PETITIONER NAME

· Confirmations of Change of Address for PETITONER & USC (AR-11, I-865, USPS Change of Address Confirmation)

· Copies of Medical Office Visit Receipts and Vision Prescription

· Copies of Rental Car Itineraries, Rental Car Auto Insurance, Bus Itineraries for trips taken together

· Copies of our Shopping, Travel, Presents ( given to each other) & Hotel Receipts (2015 & 2016)

· Copies of photos of us together at various events and locations throughout the years.

Unfortunately no one repsonded. What do u think about the cover letter though?!:whistle::whistle:

 

our case is still pending. I think they are still processing may 2016 applicants :huh:
