Well, it's still illegal to get married on a tourist visa as far as i know, regardless what country you come from... so I'd rather do it the right way

I sent mine on 08/23/2016 and received mine Case received text and email waiting for the hard copy :( why taking time?

Give them 10 days after that, you can try to call them and see what going on. FYI 09/05/16 is the holiday :content: so try call them after that day.

Good afternoon all, after almost five wonderful years of our international love affair, I have finally sent of my k-1 visa petition on aug 27 2016, And the official wait begins... I am sooo anxiously in great anticipation of a quick turn around??? !!!! A girl can dream cant she???????

Just mention few hours ago, now got RFE <_<:angry:


But it is good, that they touch my case...that is the good part, the bad is I don't know what RFE they asking..Well I guess have to wait and see what they asking.
