Hi,

MY fiancée received our Packet 3, out of three requirements is apply DS-160 and send two photographs to Consulate.

My question is does the photo upload to DS-160 need to match with the two photo send to consulate?

(I am filling ds-160 for my fiancée; my copy of her passport photo to upload is different from what she has in China.)

I think the just have to look like the same person. Clothing can be different. I would not change from blond to redhead, or add a mustache.
