marriage certificate say wife maiden name not new name, what is the proof of name change?

Hello vj members, our marriage certificate kept my wife's maiden name but we filled the applications with her new name although it doesnt show it on the marriage cer, but we changed it on her ssn card so i want to know will we get rfe for that cause the name doesnt match with the marriage cer or can we send copy of the new ssn card with the new name as a proof of name change or what?

Marriage certificate is proof of legal name change, even when their choice of name after marriage is not listed. Many states only show the maiden name used on the license. Also, an SSN is not proof of name change or used as ID.
