Hi everyone, here I am again. Another question from me, and all your answers will be greatly appreciated. Question is.. could we simply use a template for letter of employment? and is it ok to print it on a plain paper? My fiancee is working on a small and private company so they don't even have a company logo. So we just plan to type it on a plain paper and ask his employer to sign it. Also it will be great if anyone has a sample template for employment letter out there, pls kindly share it. Thank u soo much :)

Not sure if needed for Philippines but I never sent one and my then fiancee wasn't asked for one at her interview. I submitted W2s, monthly Earning Statements from my employer and tax transcripts. You can prove how much income you make by providing copies of pay stubs.

21 Aug 2013: I-129F Sent

11 Feb 2014: Visa APPROVED!

20 May 2014: Wedding!

31 Jul 2014: Mailed AOS Packet

12 Feb 2015: AOS Interview - Approved

22 Feb 2017: Mailed ROC Packet

08 Aug 2018: ROC Approved

Not sure you need this.

If I did I would not use "template" would have it motorized by a local probate judge, or nonliterary. A certified true document.
