Family Adding Issue

Dear VJ,

Visa Type F4 & priority date 21 dec 2002. I want to add my family member in my case. I have written a letter to nvc with relevant doc to nvc. I have send letter last month but i did not receive any update after passing 45 days. I have to pay IV fee but still my family member not showing online.





Calling to nvc but always got message try later. I am upset please let me know.


Dec 17, 2002: I-130 Send

Dec 21, 2002: I-130 NOA1 [Enter in computer + Priority Date]

Oct 12, 2009: NEBRASKA SERVICE CENTER ask for evidence
Nov 13, 2009: NEBRASKA SERVICE CENTER receive evidence response

Nov 18, 2009: I-130 NOA2 [Approve on the base of evidence]

Nov 23, 2009: Shipped this approved case to National Visa Center

Dec 25, 2009: NVC Assign Case Number

Feb 25, 2015: Received DS-261/AOS Bill
Mar 05, 2015: DS-261 Submitted
Mar 06, 2015: AOS Fee Pay
Mar 09, 2015: AOS Fee Paid

Apr 29, 2015: Family addition document send
Jul 31, 2015:
Family addition document send again
Aug 19, 2015: Family Added and IV Fee enable for reset of family members
Aug 20, 2015: Pay IV Fee
Aug 21, 2015: IV Fee Paid
Oct 02, 2015: DS-260 Submit
Oct 19, 2015: Send AOS and IV Package

Oct 22, 2015: NVC Scan Date (NVC receive Package)

Dec 02, 2015: Case Completed Email Received

Dec 30, 2015: Interview Email Received

Jan 16, 2016: Medical

Jan 25, 2016: Medical Report Received

Jan 27, 2016: Visa Status Updated on Website As "Ready" [Mean Ready For Interview]

Feb 10, 2016: Interview Date

What kind of family member?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
