I recieve my conditional green card in august 2013 and i have sent all the paper work for removal of condition and i realize that i made a mistake by the a check of $595 and my question. Is would that be a problem.

USCIS will likely not accept your payment and will likely send the rejected petition, due to incorrect payment, back to you for correction and resubmission.
