Can my fiance and I marry in a different state than where we will live?

1) My fiance and I intend to live at my place in West Virginia (that is the address we used on all of her K1 paperwork). Are we allowed to get married in California or do we have to get married in the same state we live in?

2) On all her K1 paperwork, we used my current address, which is a 1 bedroom apartment. Will there be any problems if I move to a 2 bedroom apartment (same complex) before she arrives in the US? Do we need to file any special paperwork to note that she will be living in a slightly different address than what we put down?

You can get married in any state that you want.

2) On all her K1 paperwork, we used my current address, which is a 1 bedroom apartment. Will there be any problems if I move to a 2 bedroom apartment (same complex) before she arrives in the US? You need to file a change of address with USCIS. I believe the form you need is I-865
