Nvc Checklist

good day everybody,i mailed off my documents to the Nvc on 2nd April 2015 and on 3rd April 2015 i received a checklist of which i was told here that it was false checklist,so on 7th April 2015 i received a notification email from the Nvc stating that they have received my documents and we should give them 60 days to review our case,but i heard that Nvc has reduced it to 30 days now.so on the 28th of April 2015 i received another checklist from the Nvc on this following documents that i have already sent to them,Data page of my passport,Marriage Certificate,Police Certificate and my joint sponsor should write a statement indicating why he did not file 2014 Federal income tax returns and to submit 2014 w-2 form,but my joint sponsor file for 2014 federal income tax returns and mailed it together with the 2014 W-2 form,i don't know if this is another false checklist?

Well I sent in everything on 3/13/15 and still haven't received any news from the NVC. No checklist, No cc, nothing. All my fees are paid and they have my money. I keep calling, they told me to call back Friday. #######!!! People who scan dates are after mine same country were already approved. I'm so frustrated, I'm turning another color. This makes no since whats so ever. Good Luck, because they seem like they are still processing at the 60 day mark.

I do not think it is a false checklist, they are asking for specific documents, you should call NVC and plan on sending off the requested items to avoid further delay. Good luck with the rest of the process.

Scan date of 3/13/15??? Have you tried asking for supervisor review, it is already beyond the normal processing time. NVC is reviewing documents in less than 30 days. If by Friday you do not get a good response, you should request for a supervisor review. Good luck

I received what I think is a false checklist today.

It was asking us to send in documents, which we have already sent in a few weeks back in a prior checklist. It was asking for the I-864 for the Co-Sponsor, A letter stating why she didnt send in her 2014 tax return, her 2014 tax return, her 2014 IRS Schedule, Her W2, and proof of citizenship.

We have already sent in these documents twice.

I am on hold with the NVC right now...I hope this is just another false check list because it doesnt make any sense.
