Hi all,

We all knew that May VB is September 1st 2013. In next two weeks they will start scheduling for June 2015 and I believe that this is the month of all September 2013 fillers.

Hi Cody. I've followed your posts on this forum for a couple of months but I was so lazy to create an account. I'm also from VietNam and my PD is 12nd September 2013. Maybe another 4 weeks movement this month. I hope that we would get IL soon. :)

Regardless of category, NVC only schedules interviews at a set time, that was the entire intent and it was very useful information.

I checked other months also , they scheduled on the 31rst January and 2 march so it's too early to make this kind of assumptions ... Plus it doesn't make any sense , they're collecting the documents f

Good news for Sept fillers. According to mygcvisa blog that their prediction for June 2015 will be Oct 1st 2013 which means all Sept will get their IL in this May.

I have been following this blog for a long time and their predictions is normally close to monthly Visa Bulletin. And that is! Long wait will be over in shortly.

I did wait almost 2 years for my visa available to be able to send I-485.

A check of $1070 was cashed by USCIS Chicago on 06/08/2015

Biometrics Appointment on July 1st, 2015

EAD is approved on August 10th 2015 (73 days)

Received EAD card on August 19th 2015

Sent renew EAD on April 9th 2016

Got interview notice on March 30th 2016

USCIS received on April 11th 2016

Interview Scheduled on May 3rd 2016

Approved on the spot - Handed print out approval notice.

I am F-1 student and I am on OPT which means I am working for a US company under F-1 visa, my OPT will be expired on June 7th 2015. I am very sad because I have to stop working in 3 months to do my adjustment of status.

I am F-1 student and I am on OPT which means I am working for a US company under F-1 visa, my OPT will be expired on June 7th 2015. I am very sad because I have to stop working in 3 months to do my adjustment of status.

Are you a STEM student? you can get an extension past the initial one year for OPT unless you've already done that. Why would you need to stop working July for AOS? does adjustment of status take very long?

You know a lot about F-1 student huh! Yes, I am current on OPT-STEM 17 months extension, and my EAD card will be expired on this June. I am also sending my I-485 adjustment of status in June 1st 2015 while my EAD card will be expired at the same time which means I have to stop working and wait for a new EAD card from I-485 packet (I-485, EDA and I-131). And yes adjustment of status normally takes 3-6 months to complete.

Yea I know a lot about it because I was an f1 student many years ago. I worked on CPT and OPT and then transitioned into H1. I received my green card eventually under CSPA as I was a derivative of the beneficiary(mom).
