I recently got married and having to apply for my wife green card, She is currently here with me on student Visa. Does anyone know which other forms I need to submit beside I 1-130, I-485, and does any one know If it's possible to submit just a work authorization application first and greencard application later? And normally how long does it take to get work permit after submitting the application?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

I'm not sure if you can send it before the green card as I'm not sure of the rules with a student visa..

Also I'm not sure if it costs to send it desperately.

But I can tell you that the EAD takes 60-90 days to process.

Interview waiver letter: received 23/2/15 dated: 18/2/2015

Green Card: APPROVED 31/07/2015

(Remember, all my dates are British layout.. the proper layout!)
