Hello all i have just recieved out NOA2 hardcopy rather quick since filing our 129f petition, its been 1 month and 5 days to be exact and although we are very happy about this i have a question regarding RFEs. Now that the petition is in route to the NVC and my questions is, is it possible to get RFE from NVC? I was under the impression that only USCIS requests RFE and once my petition is approved im in the clear as far as RFEs go. good news would be appriciated.

As far as i am aware, no more RFE from NVC.

Call the NVC 2weeks after you get your approval to see if they have recieved your case and also to check if they have your case number ready to proceed to the next process (medical and interview scheduling) :)
