Name right and wrong on bio appt letter

Hey everyone, we are in the process of getting my wife her 10 year green card. We have already recieved a noa extending her green card for one year and her name was spelled correctly. We recieved her bio appointment today for next Monday ( thanks for the advanced notice). Her name is spelled correctly at first but then it has c/o Josie last name.

We just called the number on the letter and after putting recipt number we got a message saying "we cannot access your case at this time".

I suppose my main question is will this cause a problem at the bio apt? Secondly how can we get this corrected if the arcane telephone system wont let us.

Thanks in advance.

Show them at the bio appointment and ask them if it is of concern and how to fix the error if there is a problem.
