Case number and IIN received but cannot login CEAC

Hello all,

So after 31 days that the NVC received my petition, they finally issued the case number and the IIN (yaayyyyy)! But unfortunately I cannot login into the CEAC site. When I put in all the info it gives me this message:

"Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error."

Can it be because the case number was generated today itself?

Please advise.

Thanks,

Not sure I understand correctly. You were able to login in the morning and see your AOS invoice but now you can't even login at all?

Also remember to use Internet Explorer when going to CEAC site.
