need help with I-751 question 20 form from 2013

I am currently filling out the application of I-751 and the wife and I are not sure what to answer on question 20

so I was arrested for Interference and spent the night in jail it is not a felony and they let me out the next day as "jail time spent"

This happened before my first interview to get my 2 year visa and I took in documentation during my first interview.

During my 2 year visa I have not been arrested not even a speeding ticket.

so my question is

should i answer "yes" and send in documentation of that event

or answer "no" since i have not been arrested after i received my 2 year visa

Question 20 - Have you ever been arrested, detained, charged, indicted, fined, or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordinance, or committed any crime which you were not arrested in the United States or Abroad?

YES (!).

You were arrested, and jailed. You think you can answer no to a question asking if you were ever imprisoned?

The time line doesn't matter when they use the word "ever". It does not ask/state anything about "since receiving your green card". The question is very clear. Good luck! :)
