Hi VJ's and guest's, I just want to know if there's anyone here who can enlighten me about the best and fastest way to acquire a police clearance from Bahrain. Here in Manila, Philippines Bahrain consulate will take 3 to 6 months to get it as long as you have their complete requirements. But in my case, I don't have a copy of my old passport and residence permit I used in Bahrain. Spoke with different people in the consulate of Bahrain in Manila and Thailand, there's no guarantee I can be issued a police clearance due to lack of necessary documents. How do I go about it? is there any waiver for the police clearance requirement? Please I need your advise on this matter. Your help will be much appreciated.

Thank you in advance!

Do u still have ur CPR? Maybe it worth a try to use that and just attached a letter with ur application for Good Conduct Certificate explaining about your gone passport and residence permit record. Include in the letter the dates of your Bahrain residency, they will probably see ur record thru ur CPR. I don't think that there's a waiver for Bahrain GCC...

Try to contact Philippine embassy in Bahrain too... U can google their email address and email them... They reply to emails although it takes time but at least they did.

Good luck

Only document I have is a copy of my employment certificate which indicates my CPR number. I'm able to communicate with Philippine embassy in Bahrain and their just waiting for my documents to be sent and they'll assist me on this matter. I'm just thinking about 2 options now, First, ask for the help of Philippine embassy in Bahrain (Will take not less than 6 months, and yet no guarantee that certificate will be issued/released) or look for sponsor who can assist me to get a visa in Bahrain (hard and expensive option, I know...:-)) maybe you have a better suggestions or recommendations than what I think of? do you know someone in Bahrain who can assist me in getting the certificate or a visa? I do prefer to go back to Bahrain since it will expedite the process. I hope i'm in the right track..

Honestly... I don't know whatelse u can do aside from the two options you have... :( ... All i can suggest is ... Try asking help from the Philippine Embassy there... I am sure there's a way around with this.... Just have alot of patience and endurance...

I dont know anyone who can sponsor you... But i guess hotels there (big one's/5 star) can sponsor you as a tourist... Try to contact them worse comes to worse...

Good luck

Yeah, u r right abt the reciprocity sched and i knew abt it... But the OP lacks important docs to present so he/she can get Bahrain Police Clearance... OP and I are talking about "other possible ways" that can be tried...

Anyways, for giving the info...

Its not the NVC, for K1 it's the embassy requirememt... It will be given at the interview... Here in the philippines...And besides, we are not talking about bypassing the police clearance or we are not talking about not getting it... We are talking about how to get it...some possible ways to get it other that the "regular" way since the OP lacks important docs...

They want it so by hook of by crook the OP have to get it right? So that's what we are talking about... :)

sorry my bad on the nvc comment, but in the end it is still required

its like someone asking for a copy of the passport and saying send the birth certificate because it has all the same info

but in the end yes I know what you are headed towards so I will leave y'all alone now :)

My husband is filing CR-1 visa. I also worked in Bahrain for 2 years before we got married. For a spouse visa, when will I neeed this PCC, will it be required in NVC or in embassy interview? I wanted to get it beforehand to save time.

Thank you for the input in advance.

You will have to submit the copy of PCC to the NVC and original to be taken to the embassy interview.

Good day every-one . I'm applying for a GCC in Bahrain last 2012. I sent letter request to the directorate and with my other requirements  but i only have my bahrain  id no have other docs. given by my employer to me when i left their place. Oh yeah they responded back then sent application for me to filled it up. Then i sent it back to them right away but they ask me for the other requirements the residence certificate and i told them to contact my employer since they have it. Then calling them thru landline but they can track my docs since i no have cpr. I wrote a letter to them to follow-up. I lost also my passport . But i've got a power of loss to send to them as one of my requirements. It's been a while waiting for their response. Suddenly they returned back my letter with my other requirements .They received it but never open it. My concerned is they should wrote to me or inform me that they wasn't contacted my employer so  they can't produce GCC for me.I supposed to use my GCC for my Fiancee visa bcoz i'm already interviewed in the Embassy. I need it so badly at that time. Me and husband ended up marrying here somewhere in the Philippines due to our frustration since we don't got that GCC. Recently i am applying again a Spousal Visa. I just want to ask what i'm going to do so i'm able to obtain my GCC since i don't have any bahrain id or docs. But i have the photocopies of my letters, mailing receipt and photocopies of my application. My dear friend search then found this site that she think can help me out. And told me to join so today i signed up and join you Guys. Really hope you can help me out. Thank you in advance. Jah blez
