Hello, I have a couple questions regarding sending Packet 3 to Montreal. While searching these forums I've found conflicting information.
I send:
DS-230
DS-156 x2
DS-156K
DS-160 receipt
checklist
2 photos
copy of first page of my passport
As for the checklist, I just check those off that I will be bringing those items to the interview correct? I don't send any of them along with the packet 3?
Lastly, it just says 'birth certificate', it doesn't specify short or long form. For Montreal, does this matter?
Thank you in advance for your replies.

Hey
Correct, you check off the items that you will be taking with you to the Interview. You don't actually send them with the packet.
Regarding the Birth Certificate, you need to have the long form one that shows both of your parents names on it.
Good luck!
