DOES ANYBODY KNOW THE CURRENT PROCESSING TIMES TO ADJUDICATE AN I-601 WAIVER AT THE US CONSULATE IN CIUDAD JUAREZ MEXICO???

your best bet is to chk out immigrate2us.net they have tonz of info on I-601

unfortunately there is no set time for processing a waiver. It could take 3-4 months or it could take longer. We are also a waiver case but our waiver will be filled here in the states as there is a new rule as of June 4th 2012.When did you file your waiver? I know it is a very painful and devastating feeling :crying:
