I e-mail my Certificate of Naturalization to NVC 2 days ago to Upgrade my F2A to IR1

Today I receive an E-mail saying:

Dear Sir/Madam:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

The correspondence submitted is currently under review. An appropriate action will be taken once this review is completed.

I would like to know how long it take to the NVC to review and change my Category from F2A to IR1?

this varies by NVC caseload.

To get a current answer, call into NVC, get a Human™, and ask.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
