are you typing in the correct case number?

maybe its an error just give it a few days see if they correct it. Perhaps your visa just might show up who knows!

Any one can tell me whats mean of update date ????Today a Lawyer told me that when u send email for visa inquiry or call to embassy they update ur update date....and forward ur request to counselor section for review...Its True or not?????

yes i am typying exact case number......and as i think ......1st tell me have u seen that issue msg?they said ur visa has been issued and case updated date is 24th jan 2013 and today is 25th jan ..... its been 2 days..!!!

Soccer bro its true when some one make inquiry through email then the case update date changed,but the update date also changed with internal review or when embassy receive update about ur case from their agencies.

Let's remember all those that have been in AP for any length of time especially those waiting from 2009 2010 2011 2012 and the most current interviews in 2013

Omer1... the visa case you need to enter is non immigrant bcos a k1 is a non immigrant ... you enter and then you file for immigrant visa (AOS- adjustment of status) So use non immigrant and then the case number for your current status.

when i checkd ciac site it shows ur visa is aproved....when i call dos they said u r in ap......there is error now tell me janab what should i do ???? any suggestion....to day i am happy but also sad...!!!
