VSC -- does it send NOA1 via FedEx?

That's what I thought. My roommate and I couldn't figure out what the FedEx slip was for, and she thought maybe visa stuff. So I guess now we're getting a package and an NOA1 this week. :)

You seemed to have overnighted something to them just a few days ago. Could they be rejecting/returning what you overnighted to them? USCIS would never--and should never--spend the money to overnight anything to you unless you paid for the courier service. Otherwise taxpayers are footing the bill. And as we all know, for these petitions, they are to be self funded. NO taxpayer money involved.

This is not entirely true as there are tax payer money allocated for the backlog reduction effort, but sending you something via FedEx is not part of the effort. I'm really curious to learn what they sent you via FedEx.

Let me clarify: I suspect she's getting a care package from her boyfriend via FedEx, and my NOA1 should show up this week via normal post. In any case, I hope they're not rejecting what I sent, but it's hardly something they'd overnight (and 'FedEx' != 'overnight.' I used USPS.)

We were just curious as neither of us were expecting anything via Fed Ex.
