NVC and Priority Dates

Hi, I'm waiting for my priority date under F1 category, 10 days ago I received from the NVC the Form DS-3032 and the affidavit of support fee. According to the Visa Bulletin, my priority date is going to be in 2 years. Is the date shown in the Visa bulletin exactly the current priority date, or is an estimate? Why is NVC starting to process so in advanced?

Thank you for your help, I'm asking all this questions because I need to know if I should start planing to move in the near future?

lately the NVC is sending to some cases the paperwork 1 to 2 years prior the priority date. That's really a very good thing because then the only thing left is for them to send the file to your country and the date of your appointment when the priority date becomes current. One less thing to worry about.
