Hi everybody,

Just applied for an Adjustment Of Status through a marriage with a us Citizen

I got my Notice Of Action, And I'm going to do my Biometric fingerprint in November.

I need to travel with my wife from Texas to Minnesota on December and come back on January to visit her family in Christmas.

I want to know if I can travel inside the USA in a Plane (Fly) While my Case I-485 is pending even I'm out of status.

I need your help please.

If anybody had this kind of experience let me know please.

Thank you so much in advance.

You can travel freely within the US without any issue. I have a advice to you and to anyone who wants to travel within the US. Get a State ID or Driving License so that you can use that as Proof of ID at airport or anywhere you go where they ask for a ID and keep your passport safely at home. Recently I've read about 2 different people who lost their passport while travelling within US. Also, make a photocopy of your Notice of Action (I-797) and put it in your wallet while you travel. Remember that until we receive our Green Card the NOA is our proof that our application is with the USCIS. Anyways have a safe trip :)
