So my fiancé is planning to enter July 2017, but her Visa needs to be revalidated before June 5 since USCIS validates it only for four months after the issue date.

The visa indicates that it is valid through July 31, 2017.

 

How do we revalidate?

No need; if the visa is valid till end of July, that is the date by which she must enter.

The petition expiry date matters not once the visa is issued.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Thanks; I had a cheap attorney tell me that she needed to enter at the four month mark even though the Visa says six months.

I just want to avoid any issues; we have waited long enough.
