G-325A question..

In regard to the G-325A form, it wants my fiances residence for the last 5 years. She has been in the same location for the last 10 years. My question is just below that portion, the form then asks for the applicants last address outside the US for more than 1 year.

I paid a immigration agency recently to go over the form in its current state. I know/knew of specific info that is not yet entered onto the form. I originally had "none" written in, and the agency suggested using her current location..

Are these 2 spaces on the form the same or not? I mean if she has been in the same location for the last 10 years, isnt it redundant to use the same info over again for the next latest address question?

Ive heard that its better to have some info there, than none at all.

suggestions or thoughts please.

Thanks.

I filled in the same address in both places. Had also lived at the same address for 10 years.

I understand..what with the time spent in Lebanon over 13 years ago? should she still pursue the police cert if possible to obtain one?

If she lived there for 6 months or more at the age of 16 or older, then yes, she needs a police cert from there.

I think it says residence of the last 5 years on the form, but I might be wrong.

So she doesn't live outside the US now? Then yes, you have to put down the last address outside the US, wherever it was.

She lives in HK currently, but will go back to PI for everything once the I-129f is approved.

I don't know what HK is, but I'm just going to assume it's not in the US. If she has lived in HK for the last year at least then that's the address you need to write down. That is her last address outside the US at the time you send in the i-129f, correct?
