A-Number Lost from Previous Spouse

So I am trying to work on the I-129f for my fiance and I have been through this K1 process before with a previous spouse and in question 14a. it asks for the Alien Registration Number (A-Number) for my previous spouse. Well, lets just say I won an annulment for our marriage and in an enraged fit I burnt everything that was in my house that had to do with him, including every single one of our K1 & AOS paperwork.

Do I have to find this number before I send the packet in? How can I find this number?

You can include a note that his A-number is unattainable if you can't find it at all. However his A-number is on his green card. Do you happen to have a copy of it? A copy of any immigration emails perhaps?
