Does the return address go on file as the permanent address for the i129f?

I usually live in Michigan but will be in Arizona when I want to file the i-129f. Is it okay to send it from there when that's not my usual residence? I wouldn't want the return address I list on the envelope to be the permanent or mailing address on file. Thank you!

They'll go by the address you put on the form not the return address on the outside of the envelope. Doesn't matter where you mail it from

After your package is received, opened and accepted, it will be sent to USCIS Center for processing to be adjudicated . At that point, any correspondence by mail is going to be the address you have listed on the petition itself.

Your mailing envelope is thrown away before anybody important even looks at your case. The only way the envelope address would be used is if the post office couldn't deliver your package because of maybe a bad mailing address or insufficient postage so they had to send it back to the mailer.
