NEED HELP FOR DS-156K FORM

Hi to all,

Please help me, I have here the DS-156K. It says "this form together with form DS-156" on the paper, it will come from my petitioner, right?

And for the question #4 and #5, I haven't married before nor having a child and this would be my first time in the U.S.A.

Should I leave it blank or just write "None"? There is no instructions about answering or leaving it blank.

Mitzie, don't ever "leave it blank" on a form. Always put "N/A" in the box if it does not apply to you.

If you are a K1 visa applicant those forms are no longer used. They were replaced by the online DS-160. Look into it.

N/A or None would be fine, right?

If I write each blank of N/A there will be a repetition in 1 column with lots of question, so i guess i could write it just one N/A to cover up the whole thing in a column being asked would be okay, right?

If you are a K1 visa applicant those forms are no longer used. They were replaced by the online DS-160. Look into it.

I have been instructed to fill out the 2 forms which are: DS-160 & DS-156K

What I am worried about is how to fill it out, hand written is okay for this form?

Well if it is a hardcopy form then you should complete it by writing. If it's online then you type it in and submit it.

how long did the embassy take to contact you after your file arrived from NVC?

Guys, I need help.

I already fill out the form DS156K, but it says there "USE WITH FORM DS-156".

Where should I get it? From my fiance? Or I am the one who need to fill this one out?? Pleasee help.

Btw, she's an American Citizen.
