I wonder when we should expect the next update, and how many updates till they show Case Was Approved.

***a question. How to send additional documents to be added to the case ( currently processing in Texas

Service Center ).

what should I write on the package? where to send it?

should I send the documents to the USCIS and they'll send it to be added to the case in texas?

Most people don't hear anything between their NOA1 and NOA2.

The NOA1 means that USCIS have received your case and they will review it and respond to you, either with a NOA2 or an RFE. If you get an RFE, then you respond to it by sending in the requested information. You should have sent all required documents with your I-130 petition. Don't send anything more in unless they ask for it.

Like the letter form USCIS says, if you haven't received the NOA1 hardcopy in regular mail by September 30th, contact them and request it again. You can request it through their website. You don't need it for anything though but it might be good to receive it in regular mail, because then you know that USCIS have the correct address down and everything's working with the mail system.
