If you're using Adobe Reader, the form automatically changes the country to US if you enter a US zip code.

Yes, it is about the immigrant. It may be that the Algerian zip code you are entering is also a valid US zip code which is why it keeps defaulting to USA.

I think you should be entering the Algerian zip code in the "Postal Code" section. For this form, they probably only want zip code in terms of the US. For all other countries, it should be in the postal code section.

No no, you can do it by computer. I entered the Bangladesh zip code in the postal code section.

This is where you should be putting it. Zip code is if the address is in the US.

In care of name, I put the immigrants name.

For Bangladesh addresses, it was a bit more complicated. For the street name, I put the village. We also have a PO (Post Office) and PS (Police Station) so I put those in the City/Town and then in the Province is where I put the city.

I honestly don't think it matters, as long as you are able to get the address to fit into those allotted lines.

Img2015, as long as your Form reaches them before October 6, it should be ok. But if you are allowed to use the new edition, why not. Good luck!!
