So NVC sent my petition to the embassy, my question is can I submit my DS-160 already, or do I have to wait until I get the letter form NVC and my fiancée gets the packet. on the ceac.state.gov website my case status says "ready". also is it a problem If in the option where it asks if anybody helped you with this application she puts yes and puts my info or is it better to just put no.

Colombia will e-mail the packet to your fiancee in a PDF document- we got ours a day or so after Bogota received it, was very quick.

We waited to submit the DS-160 form until we got the e-mail and we answered yes to helping with the application. Best to answer everything truthfully.

Our interview was approved today without any issues.

Just a quick question about the above.....

I discovered on here today that packet 3 will get emailed to my fiancé. However, how will they know his email address? It was not on our I-129F...will they call him?

02/09/2022 - letter received in online inbox - biometrics being reused, no appointment required

08/01/2022 - interview notice received

09/20/2022 - interview scheduled

APPROVED!

09/21/2022 - Oath Ceremony

09/21/2022 - Applied for passport book & card and registered to vote

10/29/2022 - received passport book (not expedited)

11/03/2022 - received passport card

That's a great question, the only time I gave her e-mail address was when I called the NVC to check on status, they asked for her e-mail address after verifying everything. I'm not sure what happens if you don't call NVC for status updates. You could try contacting the NVC and see if it's possible for them to update somehow... If the file was already sent though, I'm not sure.. Try contacting the Embassy in Bogota.
