¡Buenas tardes! Empecé este tema para ver si existen otros ganadores de Venezuela para la DV2015 en este foro. Mi número de caso es el SA000012XX.

¿Alguien más de Venezuela por acá?

Tengo una duda con respecto a si es necesario legalizar y apostillar el titulo y notas de bachillerato.

Hola! Bueno, mi categoria no es la misma, pero lo unico que yo tuve que apostillar obligatoriamente fue la partida de nacimiento,

esa si te toca apostillarla a juro.

Mi recomendacion es que aunque no sea obligatorio apostillar las notas y el titulo lo hagas, yo lo hice para tener todos mis papeles en orden. Ya luego si quieres hacer un postgrado vas a necesitar tus notas legalizadas y traducidas.

Yo apostille mi acta de nacimiento, matrimonio, titulo universitario, varias copias certificadas del titulo y mis notas certificadas. Ademas todo lo mande a traducir con un traductor oficial :yes:

El proceso de apostillar es muy fastidioso, y toma tiempo. Aun estas empezando el proceso asi que tienes tiempo, pero te recomiendo que vayas averiguando todo.

Felicitaciones por haber ganado, te recomiendo que envies los papeles a Kentucky Service Center apenas te llegue la info, pues si te tardas demasiado en enviarlos puedes perder la oportunidad de que te den la visa.

Cualquier otra pregunta que tengas de como apostillar o de la entrevista puedes preguntarme. De los detalles de Diversity Visas no se mucho, pero en esta pag hay buenas guias que explican todo.

NOA 1 date: Aug 19th 2016 (received letter on Aug 24)

Biometrics date: Sept 23rd 2016

Approval Notice: Jul 24th 2017

Green Card Received: Aug 4th 2017

Ah, otra cosa, justo me meti en el nacional y han cambiado unas cosas para apostillar y legalizar, ahora citas son por internet.

Bueno, quiza te toque perder un par de viajes, cuando yo hice las cosas cada vez q iba habia algo nuevo o diferente y perdi viajes.. Ni modo asi es Venezuela :S

Hola ! Alejandreska estoy buscando informacion acerca de lo que se debe apostillar o no ! Y veo que solo dices que las partidas de nacimiento! Pero veo que esta publicación es vieja... quisiera saber si no te hizo falta apostillar los antecedentes penales. ..gracias espero tu respuesta !
