Hi my sister filed her husband i130 and after couple of months they asked her rfe was her native language marriage certificate we forgot to send them soo we send them that and they updated that they received the prove of avidence and now after 20 days again status is change to prove of evidence ? Does anyone have any idea what it will be because we send them everything what we suppose to is this something new they r doing it or what is it???

Impossible to say until you get the letter. it could be the marriage cert is not the type they want, it could be a missing signature, it could be anything....

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
