did same one received her noa2 from TSC this week ???

hi everyone I noticed that Texas service center this week become sooooo slower,we apply for k1 visa and we received our noa1 June 2, did somebody Receive her approved noa 2 this week from TSC ? and I have another question if Texas service center start approved April filer no transferring to California? Hope see lot of answer thank you have good day

i filed in august 14 to TSC and recieved noa2 on 09/03/2014 in less that 20 days..

as of yesterday it is on its way to NVC. to get case number and sent to consulate in Phillipines.
