Hello all again here is a checklist I would like to know if we are likely to recieve an RFE based on what we have here:

1x I129F

2xG325A (PETITIONER AND FIANCE)

2XPASSPORT PHOTOS IN A PLASTIC BAG ATTACHED TO CORRESPONDING G325A

APPROX 10 - 15 PHOTOS which range from me and her together with her daughter and one photo of me her, her daughter and her best friend.

Other photos include photos from Heathrow airport some streets in philly when it was snowing a picture of the gps from the plane showing my flight from london to philadelphia facebook print screen photos showing my location in philadelphia.

Other evidence is boarding pass for return flight couldnt find the outgoing flight, my baggage tag, passport stamp where you can just see the date of entry this is a photo.

A copy of my esta with confirmation number

A copy of my reciept for plane ticket purchase

A copy of my itinerary

A copy of my departure date and return date from thomas cook travel agent

A copy of my travel insurance

All photos and evidence have date location address and names and signatures

2x LETTERS OF INTENT TO MARRY PETITIONER AND FIANCE

A CHEQUE FOR $340

1xCOVER LETTER

1xSUPPLEMENT 34.A WHICH IS 3 PARAGRAPHS LONG AND GOES INTO DETAIL WITH HOW WE MET THAT WE DID MEET AND THE DATES WE MET WITH A PERSONAL TOUCH TO IT OUTLINING THAT WE WANNA BE A FAMILY.

1xEXPLANATION OF ADDRESS FOR FIANCE IN ENGLAND DUE TO HIM LIVING IN COUNTRY SIDE AND THEREFORE NO STREET NAME OR NUMBER JUST HOUSE NAME AND VILLAGE.

ON G325A THERE ARE ATTACHMENTS FOR BOTH PETITIONER AND FIANCE OF JOB HISTORY LABELED G325A EMPLOYMENT HISTORY.

ON PETIONIER G325A THERE IS AN ATTACHMENT EXPLAINING ABREVIATED JOB TITLES E.G.

A.T = AVENGER TRANSPORT.

AND SO ON SO FORTH.

WE ALSO HAVE EVIDENCE OF ONGOING RELATIONSHIP HOWEVER HAVE NOT INCLUDED THIS IN THE PACKAGE

So readers looking at this list we have does it look like an RFE is possible or do you think we nailed it :D everything is signed and dated.

It looks like you have all of your ducks in a row. :)

That being said, if you accidentally fat fingered a date, or missed a signature.. well you know what could happen.

My best advice, quadruple check EVERYTHING. Every. Single. Word.

And even when you're satisfied, have someone else look at it. They may find something you kept missing. :)

All in all, it looks pretty good to me.

12/16/2014 - Interview attended and application approved! :thumbs:

12/26/2014 - Green card in hand

09/27/2016 - Mailed ROC application

09/29/2016 - ROC application received by USCIS

10/03/2016 - NOA in hand! :)

11/07/2016 - Biometrics completed

03/15/2018 - ROC Approved! *No RFE or Interview! Thanks VJ* :thumbs:

04/06/2018 - 10 year GC in hand (With incorrect 'Resident Since' date - Filed SR online 'Typographical Error' with USCIS)

04/19/2018 - Email received from USCIS instructing me to return my GC for expedited correction - Mailed out today

You are missing Petitioner proof of US citizenship: Include either a copy of US birth certificate (front and back) OR copy of all pages of US passport.

If we decide to send in evidence of ongoing relationship can we use facebook chat and skype log messseges of which both display every date and time for each messege and skype messege or call we dont use email to communicate too slow haha the only things we use is skype and facebook and snapvhat so if we go through the messeges and blank out in marker pen intimate conversation then will it be concidered good evidence me and her got together in october 2013 we are thinking of adding these skype and facebook logs from dec 30th til date we send the package.
