Ok. Thanks a lot. Guangzhou consulate is so hard to reach, I emailed called several times with no reply. Finally my lawyer got an email reply from them with a disappointed answer.

I covered all the linkages recently with another K-1 visa chaser -

here ya go.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/429253-embassy-numbers-general-status-i-actually-talked-to-people/?view=findpost&p=6216968

synposis:

timeticks for K-1 visa, Guangzhou, from NVC receive.

--NVC Generate GUZ # *

--NVC Prepare A File, scan all

--NVC Submit into SAFEFILE

--NVC send out to GUZ IV via DHL *

--casefile arrives at China gov customs warehouse

--GUZ decides to use either SAFEFILE version of casefile or actual paper casefile

--GUZ OPENS CASEFILE *

and then a miracle happens , USCitizen or Beneficiary opens new account with ustraveldocs

--electronic packet 3 stuff with ustraveldocs

--get payment receipt on ustraveldocs

--go to citic bank with payment receipt

--schedule interview on ustraveldocs

--get medical

--get white books

--go to interview

--interview status *

--AP status *

--visa packet sent *

-----

legend

* = USCitizen Petitioner use telephone, inquire.

so, read all of that.

Hello again, I am wondering if dos operator said

Guangzhou has received my file, does that mean the nvc sent out via safe file? Also, I am pregnant four month with my fiance's baby and no family and relatives here, can I request them to open safe file? Thanks again.

you are listening for :

'GUZ OPEN CASEFILE' timetick at DoS Hotline

From what I've tracked for 3 years, is not ready yet.

'Receive the casefile ' occurs prior to 'open the casefile' .

If I were you - I would talk again to a DoS Human,

and ask Dos Human WHEN GUZ IV might 'open the casefile' .

When GUZ IV Human tags the casefile (in the computer) 'casefile opened'

then someone made a decision, somewhere, at GUZ,

to

use either the SAFEFILE Version of the casefile

or

the paper casefile that was shipped from DHL was recently unloaded from the China Customs Bonded Warehouse INTO GUZ IV.

Use a Telephone, inquire la.

Go Get Em, and Good Luck !

Yes. I emailed him the link from guangzhou consulate website and we will go over many times before his interview. My lawyer will mail him the affidavit of support via FedEx on Monday. He wil have his birth, marriage, police and medical all done next week. Luckily, there is one medical place in Beijing.

My lawyer did the scheduling for me, he told me all June spot is taken only have this may 29th, cgi didn't give too much information, just email me

The confirmation letter.

Below is the link for all p3 paperwork, can you tell me if its correct or is there anything else I need prepare? Thx.
