your the one will do the scheduling...first wait for your case# then if you have it...pay the visa fee..then within 24hrs after paying the fee...proceed to scheduling thru phone or web...i will prepare web...why? because the operator will give you hardtime by asking if you received a letter from nvc..which is a bs lol

(in the us embassy philippines interview for K1 visa it's already on the 3rd wk of sep. so i'm not sure about your consulate...maybe try asking someone with same consulate w/yours)

follow this step when setting up account to sched online.

•Go to the website www.ustraveldocs.com.ph

•Under Non Immigrant Application, click schedule my appointment >more actions> schedule an appointment

•This will take you to cgifederal.secure.force.com

•For First time user click NEW USER to create your profile

•Enter Country>Create username(email address format)> Enter First Name>Last Name>

•Choose Password>Confirm Password>Type 2 words captcha

•This will take you to "My Dashboard" so you can enter your personal info etc

•Click Schedule Appointment >Step 1 Choose what visa type > Step 2 Choose "Manila" for the post where you would like to have your interview appointment >

•Step 3 Choose K1 Visa >

•Step 4 Select Visa Class (K1 Fiancee)

•Step 6 Enter info Passport Number, Passport Issuance Date, Passport Issuance Place, Passport Expiration Date, Birthdate, Nationality, Country of Birth and Gender

•Provide Primary and Alternative Phone numbers > Email Address > Mailing Address (street, city, state and postal code)

•Step 7 Add dependents if you want to schedule an appointment to any of your relatives, family

•Specify documentation delivery if by HOME, OFFICE or PICK UP

•Step 8 Please enter your MRV receipt information > Receipt Number (enter your passport#)

•Step 9 Selecting the date of your interview

•To print your Interview confirmation, you will have to login again at cgifederal.secure.force.com

•Enter username (email address and password + 2 word captcha) then click enter

•On "My Dashboard" click Appointment Confirmation > you will see

your interview information > enter email address (f you want to be sent to your email) > click Email Appointment Confirmation or click Printable version (if you want to print it)

•AND YOU'RE ALL SET AFTER PRINTING, THIS WILL BE THE LETTER TO BE PRESENTED ON THE DAY OF YOUR INTERVIEW.

Actually, there is no option for Albanian beneficiaries to schedule an appointment online. The Consular schedules the interview after required documents are given. This is why it is best to ask embassy specific questions within the regional forum or check the link at top that says 'Embassy Info'. The embassies do not all operate by a standard. Some allow the beneficiary to schedule, and some schedule for you. You can find information concerning the interview at the links below.

According to your embassy's instructions:

Processing of the Visa

Upon receipt, each application will be reviewed by our staff. If the documentation is

complete, Consular Section, U.S. Embassy, Tirana will schedule an appointment once an

interview date is available and notify the petitioner or the beneficiary with an appointment

letter. The appointment letter may be sent by e-mail, regular mail, or courier.

If the petitioner or beneficiary hasn't received any notification of the interview, it could be due to an immediate date not being available. I would contact the embassy if I hadn't heard anything after 2 weeks of submitting the documents.
