So I'm preparing my packet 3, and it's 12 am in here and I got the email today at 4pm sooo I'm a little tired from all this hours of planning and reading over and over, if someone can help, Ill appreciate it. Here's what I have ready to send:

DS 230 signed and dated, DS 156, DS 156K,

From my petitioner: I-134, photocopy of passport and his original birth certificate, tax return of year 2009 up to 2011, recently and original job letter stating his salary and full time and his position, some pay stubs from the last 3 months, his certificate of release from active duty, his VA benefit letter, his letter of intent to marry me, signed and dated this month. That's all from his side.

Then I have my birth certificate, my photocopy of passport, court records, district and attourney records, all of these translated and certified. 1 photo within the requirements, then I have a question about the evidence of relationship should I send it now, like our photos and skype and text messages ??? Or at the time at interview?

Also I felt free to erase some intimate lines from our skype logs and our text messages, really felt embarrassed haha.

So do I have it all? I really hope I get some replies as tomorrow morning I'm going to send it in and hope I got everything right. Thank you so much! ;)

Here, I forgot, should I send a copy of the i129f package? What about our rfe?

They needed his divorce decree, thank you again!

May 31- RFE text/email...oh wells ....
June 05- RFE letter
June 06 - RFE sent
June 11- RFE received at CSC
June 15- NOA2!!!!!!!!!!! So great!!!!!!!
July 16- NVC Received Case
September 27 - Interview Approved
October 10- POE NEW YORK
November 17- Wedding day

Don't know about Albania, but for China, for packet 3 you do not send in the DS156m DS156K or DS157 or I-134. These you bring to the interview. You do send in DS230 with packet 3 in China. Maybe Albania is different?

05-09-2012 - ???? - CSC accidentally sends approved NOA2 to a storage facility, then has to retrieve it - Auuggghh!!
07-02-2012 - NVC Received
07-26-2012 - Packet 3 returned
07-27-2012 - Packet 3 received (yes- one day after she already sent it in- mini short-cut)
08-09-2012 - Packet 4 e-mail received
09-04-2012 - Interview
09-19-2012 - Received Visa
09-28-2012 - Ying's POE date (Chicago O'Hare)
10-27-2012 - Married!!!
11-20-2012 - AOS forms sent to USCIS

12-26-2012 - Biometrics Appointment

02-10-2013 - Ying gets I-512 Combo work authorization and travel authorization advanced parole card

06-23-2013 - Ying returns to China to assist with completing son's K2 Visa

07-10-2013 - Ying's son, Zongyang, passes K2 Visa interview in Guangzhou

07-29-2013 - Ying's I-485 AOS is approved

08-03-2013 - Ying's 2 year green card arrives in mail (she's still in China with son)

08-08-2013 - Ying and Zongyang enter US, HK to Toronto to O'Hare

I went to the Albania portal on VJ, and it looks like you send it in the mail there, so it is different from China, so ignore me! Good luck on the rest of you K1 journey!
