a lot of people maybe nervous about calling the FBI hot-line but they are great, they just ask you for your A#, full name, social, DOB and date you had your bio, i was scared to call at first. they told they had received and cleared my bios so at least I'm not siting waiting to see if my bios were accepted or not

hope it helps

I called not too long ago and they said they havent received my prints. I did my biometrics on Oct 18, 2010. The rep said to call the person that did my prints and tell them to send it. Now I kinda understand why I havent received my interview letter as yet.
