If I-751 application is filed in one processing center (say CSC) and then petitioner moves to another state which belongs to another processing center (say VSC), where will the application be processed?

Any ideas?

I would imagine it would be processed where you originally sent it. (they may move it after being notified of the move)

However, you would update your addresses as appropriate (AR-11/865).

And on the NOA - it tells you to contact them for address change.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Yes, I know about AR-11.

Considering that there was a number of cases transferred from VSC to CSC for faster processing, I would hope that my case would just stay at CSC since apparently there is no rule that VSC area application can not be processed at CSC.

I think AR-11 would serve for the purpose of mailing RFEs and scheduling interviews (and tracking my physical residence).

Has anyone before me has moved the area while application was in process?
