Comments : Embassy asked for 230 form to be filled out and sent before the med appt was arranged, then the med appt was arranged June 7, then we sent \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"the docs are ready pages in on June 8\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\".

Minimal problems: Was supposed to be processed in Dublin for entry, had to do so in NYC and got the work permit. Runarounds and nasty officials, but that is to be expected now, (as an american citizen i tend to be ashamed of the treatment doled out to the new arrivals).

the med was odd and they asked lots of questions about me, i do not know if that is standard or not.
June 15 all docs will be completed

Took almost three weeks to get the interview appointment from the time the all docs completed paperwork went in. Dermot called in before the notice arrived, to see what the timeline might be, and they gave him an appointment.

Long story, but we got the visa in dublin today.

Arrived Sept 9, 2205, married oct 13, paperwork submitted dec 13, request for additional information jan 6, responded jan 12, biomentrics mar 8, approved april 20, no interview in las vegas.

Comments : Dublin Embassy a nightmare with grown women reduced to tears over minor missing information, my husband was rejected and had to go back to his doctor only to discover that the entire error was that the doctor did not check male. Not a joke. Cost lots of money to correct it. Embassy did want to recognize Irish as an accepted language, but my husband stood his ground and got the managers to call and find out that in fact, Irish is a recognized language.

was processed in missouri, las vegas and finalized in california

no interview

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
