08/29/2011 - (Day 42) - Called USCIS because I haven't received my biometrics appointment letter yet. They opened a service request.

09/11/2011 - (Day 55) - Still no biometrics appt. letter! Made an InfoPass appointment online to speak to an immigration officer. Scheduled for September 22.

09/22/2011 - (Day 66) - Went to Infopass appt. with my husband. Asked why I haven't received BIO appt. letter yet. The officer said I should receive the letter within 30 days. If I don't receive it I should call.

09/23/2011 - Received Biometrics appointment letter in the mail!!! Finally! :) Scheduled for 10/17/2011.

10/17/2011 - Biometrics appointment.
