I received the respons regarding my green card from USCIS. My file has been retired to the National Records Center, and a request has been made for the file to determine what happened with my card. Later my file was received from the National Record Center(NRC) and reviewed. My application was approved, but it was not reflected in the system. They said that my card will be sent into production. After my Congressman's second intervention I have finaly got my Green Card.
