Consulate Review: Manila, Philippines
Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : March 14, 2011
Embassy Review : The Interview was so easy all they asked me about my personal information, how we met, when we met, my husband personal info, they also got my new birth certificate to update my old one because they saw on my b.c that it was march 2010 so to update my b.c on there records they got my b.c which I brought a copy during my interview. The consul or even the 1st interviewer was so nice they asked only my personal info same as my husband info and surprising to me the consul said "congratulations your visa is approved" they don't even asked me other documents or proof of relationship which I brought all of that stuff in my Interview. And lucky for us who has an scheduled interview that day because we are the 1st applicant who experienced the New Building of US Embassy. javascript:emoticon('')

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
