Comments : NOA2 hardcopy recieved on Sept 14 with no email. We are so excited!!!
Oct 20th- Nnamdi went in for medical exam and was fine except that can't go back to get results and package (2nd appointment) until Nov 10th.
--Packet 3 and 4 was emailed- you have to email them to request them to email you.
The doctor's office is full of DV Lottery winners- so be careful - get that medical exam done asap!
Olu Wa!!! NNamdi was approved!!! My advice is come take hundreds of beautiful pictures together with family and take to interview. Also, be confident and bold at interview, answer questions immediatly and elaborate with specific details. Dress very nice. Arrive at interview at 6am.

Comments : Went to AOS interview. One hour long--- the lady officer was nice and asked many questions and looked at pictures. She said everything looks good at this point, but they are missing File-A (k-1 petition) from another office, so can't approve until she has it in hand and can review it. We had the original petition, but I guess there are notes or something she has to have. She said it will most likely be approved, and we will know in 1-2 months.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
