Comments : I had interview on 12/15/08 and aksed to submit some more documents which I did in second week of January, 2009. I was give a slip please wear with us while your case goes under admin processing. It's over seven months we haven't heard anything. My wife had contacted congressman and senter's office as well but no luch getting any informatin. Please advise what should be do at point? Just sit and wait for an answer.

On 8/4/09 we called New Delhi to check he status of our case and was told that the case has been closed and being sent it back to USCIS. I received white slip stating the relationship isn't bona fide. Please share information if any one has gone through the same mess.

Embassy Review : I had interview on 12/15/08 and my case was palced under admin processsing. Finally I got white slip stating under the 221(G) section 212(a)(a) (P)(6)(C)my visa has been refused and the file has been closed and send it back to USCIS. Anyone has similar experience. If you do, please share with us and let us know what should we do at this point. Should I wait to hear something from USCIS or file waiver?

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
