i've realized USCIS is not consistent. WHy? because, when we transfered to MS last April we called them and same time filled AR-11..they sent us a mail after that to MS that they acknowledge the new address, but then they still sent my welcome letter to our old address in Texas..very true..they realized their mistake when they received it back.. and they mailed it again, now to MS..we called last Aug 12..to ask why they sent it to texas..but the operator who answered cannot believe it herself, ..ridiculous! she made a laugh i heard ..she can't believe they made that mistake. We told her this time we are changing our address "Permanent" to LA and she responded..are you sure? we just sent your permamnentcard today..hmm... in my mind i'm thinking...."where? in texas again?" i said yes..changing new address..prior to this they sent us an sms..saying i need to prepare for my biometrics and interview(odd!) then after few days we received a mail from them (uscis) saying they acknowledge our change of address to LA..but when we visited my mother in law's house in MS we found the mail(greencard) there and obviously the mail traveled again from Texas to MS..well all in all, charged to experience..haiiiiiiii....

Embassy Review : i was so nervous...in fact very nervous hahaha!
my knees are shaking while i wait for
the first screening.. while i was talking to
a fellow K-1 i saw at window 18 that a male
local pre-screener took a passport and when he was holding
it.. oh my!!! i said that's mine! i'm very sure..
hehe.. can't help to
flashed back the time when i was having my eye
checked at the St.lukes medical the eye doctor
told me that i have a 20-20 vision but in my mind
i don't agree hehe..i think because i believed i had
a problem with my eyes..but he assured i have 20-20
vision..back at the embassy.. wow!

it is really far from where we
are sitted, you can asked a fellow Vj member sitting right next to me
i was talking to her and i told her i saw my passport
and im sure that man is checking the things i submitted.
she will tell you i really did told her all of this
and confirmed when that pre-screener posted my number
at the queing board..i immediately ran to that window sooo
nervous..i think i look funny that time

that pre-screener.. he is soooo kind and very nice
he asked questions and i easily answered them
all questions are in our papers that is why i know
how to answer him.. after submitting all
the evidence.. he congratulate me and
told me to wait for my last interview, wow! positive!

the final interview was with an American Lady..
when i saw her i said to myself gosh! i hope she
will not be hard on me..and God answered my prayers..
she greeted me with warm smiles.. i felt oh.. she's a sweet lady!
she asked me about my fiance family,if i had the chance to talked to
them i said yes ma'am..and about jamie's job what does he do,
our things in common.. it is like chatting to a friend.
i really enjoyed our chat.
when she saw my picture holding flowers from jamie
she said 'oh that's sweet' hehehe...
then she told me ok congratulations i hope you
enjoy your life in the US..and by the way she's from texas
i guess i'm just lucky! yessss! i will fly to dallas soooooon!!
i thank her and i feel like i was floating in the air when i walk outside
of that interview room! hahaha!

to all my friends.. just believe in yourself that
you can answer all the question be sure you really know your
partner and the spelling of your legal docs are ok,
you'll be fine and there will be no hassel!

God bless to all! and i will keep you posted!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
