Comments : Thanks God it went good after all my patience of processing my documents.. perseverance & trust to your self is the key! I am very happy that I did it.. so there's no hard things in the name of love! I am thankful for this site.. it helps alot of information I went through & my husband has a Immigration book which helps also & with the help of my dear friend who's done through like this process. My lovely husband is very supportive & atleast he is patient of waiting that we could be in each other arms again for the rest of our lives..The exciting & anxious thing was during the interview "ohh my God help me and bless me more as I said to my self". Exciting because it was my first time to get into such tight security check ofcourse & the interview felt me shaking my knees & almost out balance to carry all my supporting documents on each designated envelops & folders, I was just being a girl scout to that heheheh.Oh well better than over loaded folders than incomplete incase they will ask more. But thanks for my self I was just organized & complete interviewee- my fiance(husband) was impressed for that LOL.Even with those shaking/nervous feelings & stomach disturbance a days before the interview I was still on presence of mind to the Q's that they were asking me but the officer on the window # oh I forgot what was it anyway who collects the forms made me more nervous for asking more about Income Tax return in which it's all there on my labeled folder files..I just said it's all there Maam.. ohh thanks God she double check it..huh! it felt me floated on air but still I carry on the smiles of joy and positive thinker that I will pass this & until on the consul cubicle interview it made me calm because he's so nice & approachable. It made him interested when I answered his Q's , shared about how did I met my fiance and turns out to my fiance's field of interest of work(teaching) & as he said ohh really you both single? ooh well I was thingking it will counts more on my application for no previous marriage record at his young age of 40's something :).All the Q's filled my anxiousness after all..Well as I can say "Think always positive in everything". You can DO IT & the Joy will overflow at the end!"

Comments : Just had done my AOS interview with my spouse, it went very great I thank God for this answered prayer. The USCIS officer gave us the print out letter signed and stamped as it says…
”Congratulations! Your application to adjust status has been approved. A Permanent Resident Card ("PRC") will be mailed to you within 60 days to your address shown above”... etc etc . it was one of the wonderful day for me and my husband.
For the meantime, I am waiting for my green card days to go from now on my mail. Very tough day interview @ 11am but my name was called @ 12:30pm and done @ around 1:30pm my husband was bored already and for the first time he waited such very long period of time to be entertain and I said no matter what we have to wait until my name will be called for our own sake..Well, he don’t want the appointment time be delayed like that...but in fairness the consulate agent/officer is very nice and approachable at the end...he had so much fun on our almost 50 pictures from the wedding and honeymoon and all documents were been asked piece by piece. So far all the documents of us are all originals and we gave them a copy with the home video as proofs that we are living together as husband and wife and mail address both our names indicated and a lot. I even bring all my old stuff from my fiancée interview just in case they need more proofs what a heavy stuffs but it helps all. The interview were all both as a couple stuff and joint proof of documents and both dates to be remembered like birth of date and special days together. Very glad my husband is very supportive of all the questions and has a sense of humor telling our story. They are keen to take a look on the proofs because as they said there are some who submitted fake like photos and not real wedding.
Good luck to all who are still on process case…There is now hard in the name of love all will be fine like this process so,.Just relax and have all the proofs with you! God bless!

Comments : My Biometric appointment for finger prints scanning went very fine. Me & my husband got there early 15 minutes before appointment time @3pm. It went only 9 minutes wow! it was amazing, staff @ Pomoma USCIS are nice & they guided us very well. It was not really busy at that time as I thought so infact, it was only me & my hubby sitting there. They asked me our Marriage Cert. good thing I bring all my documents even i know it was not all neccesary, well just incase & yes it ended they asked the marriage proof of cert. My husband told me I am just smart to bring that very importnat thing. " NO PHONES OR any ELECTRONIC DEVICE ARE NOT ALLOWED" Good luck to all!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
