Comments : We did not received the brown enevelope that you should get back with your passport. When we went thru they had just change the system so we though since he didn't get it that means they are not doing that anymore. Not so, when he went thru customs they asked him for it, he said he didn't get that, then they took him to the back in a little room, they questioned him, fingerprint him, they had him back their for almost two hours. The officer said they called the embassy in JA and they told him they gave it to him, (we are not sure if he actually called or the embassy was lieing). Well they left him go and gave him 30days to come back with the enevelope. It took two days of calling DHL and the embassy to finally get it straight as it turn out the embassy still had it. So we had his uncle picked it up and fedex it for us.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
