For my case, the border officer brought me to the waiting room where 6 people already waited ahead of me and took about an hour to get checked the entire documents and handed me my passport and finally got out of Dallas FW airport. |

MeS on 2025-09-24 said:How was y'all's interview?
LTND on 2025-09-25 said:It was very straightforward, the officer was very nice and friendly. We didn't need to hand her any of the documents that was on the interview notice letter nor being asked about the relationship between my husband or history. They only asked me those security questions as same as appeared on the I-485 application in the end. Took like maybe 5 minutes or so.
LTND on 2025-09-25 said:Still waiting for the result but I'm pretty sure we made it through.
MeS on 2025-10-13 said:Awesome, congrats!
LTND on 2025-10-17 said:Thanks!
LTND on 2025-10-17 said:good luck!!
MeS on 2025-10-18 said:Did your case status change from "case approved" to "card produced" yet? If yes, how long did it take for that change?
LTND on 2025-10-19 said:Mine was "case was approved" to "card was mailed to me" in 3 days, and there was a tracking number for USPS but it remained the status as unavailable still, so if you're not signed up for USPS's Informed Delivery service (it's free btw), I recommend you to do that and you'll know when you receive your card.
MeS on 2025-10-19 said:Awesome, good to know. I have the USPS informed Delivery. Hopefully, will get the card by this week!
LTND on 2025-10-22 said:Great! Congratulations:)
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
